This week, the Winterbourne Junior Girls’ from both year 4 and year 6 set off to visit the British Film Institute (BFI).
The British Film Institute (BFI) is the UK’s lead charity and government body for film, television, and the moving image. Founded in 1933, its primary mission is to promote and preserve screen culture, support the careers of emerging filmmakers, and distribute National Lottery funding to the industry.
The girls were lucky enough to meet the amazing Floella Benjamin who told us all about her amazing book.
