WJGS Uniform

At Winterbourne Junior Girls’ School we expect all children to wear school uniform. We believe this fosters a pride in the school and a sense of belonging. Wearing jewellery is not permitted. Long hair must be tied back using understated hair accessories in school colours.

Our Uniform:

• Black pinafore dress
• Black uniform skirt
• Black uniform trousers
• Black school blazer
• White school shirt with a buttoned collar
• School tie
• Scarlet Red school cardigan or jumper
• White, red, black socks/tights of a plain design
• Sensible black school shoes

If a hijab is worn, it must be either, plain black or plain white and fastened without pins
