School Opening Hours

At 8.30am the gates are opened so that the girls can enter the playground (please note the girls are unsupervised until 8.45am). At 8.45am the girls will be escorted by their class TA from the playground to their classrooms and given time to get ready for the school day.

The playground door will be shut promptly at 9am. Late comers are to enter through the main entrance (front of school).

School Session Times:

The school day is broken into various teaching sessions.

8.30 am	Playground opens
8.45am	Pupils are escorted off the playground and into class
8.45 – 9.00 am	Registration and Early Morning Work
9.00 – 10.30 am	Work Period
10.30 – 10.45 am	Break time
10.45am – 12.15 pm	Work Period
12.15 – 1.15 pm	Lunch Time
1.15 – 3.25 pm	Work Period
3.25 pm	Year 3 Class Dismissal
3.30 pm	Year 4 Class Dismissal
3.35 pm	Year 5 Class Dismissal
3.40 pm	Year 6 Class Dismissal

Breakfast Club runs from 7:30am. After School Clubs run from clubs 3.45-4.45pm.

Collection Times:

Year 3: 3.30pm – Year 4: 3.30pm – Year 5: 3.35pm – Year 6 3.40pm

Children must be collected from the playground, not at/outside the gate or any other location. If you or person in charge of your child is running late or there is a change to your usual arrangement please let us know as soon as possible before 3pm by calling the office on 020 8684 3532.
It is extremely difficult to pass messages to children once they are out of class.

Travelling home alone:

Children are able to travel home alone, or with older siblings if you give permission. A form is available from the office.

Mobile phones:

If your daughter does require a mobile phone when travelling home alone, please complete a form in the office. Mobile phones are kept in the School office and must not be kept in your daughter’s bag or pockets.
