On Friday 6th March, representatives from Winterbourne Junior Girls’ School joined the Mayor of Croydon and other invited guests at the town hall for the raising of the flag to celebrate the 69th Year of Independence for Ghana.

It was a joyous occasion for all that attended and the audience that gathered outside the Town Hall to cheer along with us. Our girls were amazing ambassadors for the school as always.
